We will ship your order with one or two business day.

Exchanges
An item can be exchanged for any item available on our website at the same price. The product will be inspected upon arrival and, if the exchange is approved, it will be processed and your exchange sent within 1-5 business days.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. We will notify you accordingly.

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as the customer, need to inform us by e-mail before returning the item, only in case of:

• Not Satisfied.
• Received the wrong item.
• Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
• Item had defects.
• Over delivery time.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
